Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is all set to conduct the walk-in-interview for the engagement of Proficiency Trainees (Intern Paramedics). The official notification in this regard with Advt No. ISP/Rect/ Med/2020/2 has also been published recently online at sailcareers.com. As per the notification, eligible candidates can submit their applications for the 50 advertised posts. The last date to submit the offline applications is January 18, 2021.
The walk-in-interview will take place at Burnpur, Dit.- Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. As of now, the conducting body has not yet disclosed the exact date for the SAIL Recruitment Interview. The information regarding the walk-in-interview will be communicated later on through email/ mobile number.
SAIL Proficiency Trainee Recruitment 2021 Detailed Notification
Moreover, the posts that are announced under this recruitment are as follows – Operation Theatre, X-Ray, Dresser, ECG Technician, Dialysis Technician, Vaccinator, Pharmacist, Pulmonary Function Test Technician, Phlebotomist, Laboratory Technician including Blood Bank Technician, Optometrist, Dental hygienist, Dental Assistant / Dental Operating Room Assistant & Critical Care Technologist. All the qualified paramedics are recruited for a period of 18 months.
All the candidates recruited under the SAIL recruitment 2021 get a consolidated stipend of Rs. 8000/- per month plus Rs. 7,020/- per month as allowances. However, Dialysis technicians will get a consolidated stipend of Rs. 17,980/- plus skill and knowledge enhancing allowance of Rs. 7,020/- per month.
To apply for these vacancies, candidates must first check the eligibility criteria. Candidates who possess a graduation degree in a relevant field can submit their applications for Operation Theatre Technician, Dialysis Technician, Pharmacist, Optometrist, Phlebotomist. A degree or diploma in Critical Care Technology or GNM/ B.Sc Nursing is required for Critical Care Technologists post. Those who have a certificate course in Dental Assistant or Diploma in Dental Operating can apply for Dental Assistant/ Dental Operating Room Assistant.
Candidates who possess Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) from a recognized university with a valid Nursing registration certificate can apply for Vaccinator posts. All the 10th class pass candidates are eligible to apply for the post of X-Ray Technician and Dresser posts. Those who have cleared 12th class in science can apply for Laboratory Technician including Blood Bank Technician, ECG Technician for OHSC. A Diploma in Dental hygiene is required for the post of Dental hygienist.
