RSMSSB Paramedical Recruitment 2020: 2177 Vacancies Announced for Lab Technician and Assistant Radiographer, Application Window Open from June 18

The online application for RSMSSB Paramedical Recruitment 2020 starts from June 18, 2020, Application window will remain open for 15 days

Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released a notification (Advt. No. 02/2020) inviting eligible candidates for the post of Lab Technician and Assistant Radiographer of Paramedical Cadre. Eligible candidates can submit the application through rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Acknowledging the COVID-19 outbreak, RSMSSB has decided to open the applications window for 15 days only. The window to submit the RSMSSB Paramedical Cadre shall open from June 18, 2020, and stay in effect till July 02, 2020.

The online applications are invited to fill up 2177 vacancies for the posts of Lab Technician and Assistant Radiographer under Paramedical Cadre. There are 1119 vacant seats under Lab Technician post out of which 105 vacancies are reserved for Scheduled Area and 1014 for Non-Scheduled Area. Similarly, 1058 vacancies are announced for Assistant Radiographer under Paramedical Cadre. Out of the Assistant Radiographer vacancies, 99 vacancies are reserved for Scheduled Area and 959 for Non-Scheduled Area.

Only those candidates who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria can send their representations for the advertised posts. Candidates who wish to apply for Lab Technician must have passed 12th standard with Science either with Biology or Mathematics or its equivalent. Along with this, they must also have a Diploma in Medical Lab Technician. To apply for Assistant Radiographer, candidates should have passed 12th with either Biology or Mathematics as a subject with Radiography Course from recognized University. Before applying for the posts, the candidates should be registered in Rajasthan Para Medical Council. They must have knowledge of Hindi language and Rajasthani culture. Candidates of the age group of 18 years and 40 years are eligible for the posts.

The RSMSSB Paramedical Cadre recruitment application form can be submitted through E- Mitra Kiosk/ Jan Suvidha Kendra. This facility is available on the official website of the board, rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Candidates have to create their SSO ID and password to apply for the announced posts. The application form is only accepted after the successful payment of the application fee. Candidates of unserved category/EWS/Creamy layer OBC/EBC have to have pay Rs.450/- as application fee. The non-creamy layer backward class and EBC of Rajasthan state have to pay Rs. 350/- and all special qualified and SC/ST of Rajasthan shall pay Rs. 250/-. The application fee can be submitted through E- Mitra Kiosk, Jan Suvidha Kendra (C.S.C), Net Banking, ATM cum Debit card, Credit card.

The selection for Lab Technician and Assistant Radiographer is done through Minimum Scholastic Aptitude Test or Professional Qualification or both. Those who are shortlisted for these posts are offered pay scale under the pay matrix level 8 as per 7th pay commission.
