Railway Recruitment Board has activated the direct link to check exam city & date for the 2nd Phase CBTs of NTPC 2020 recruitment. The 2nd Phase of the first stage CBTs is scheduled to be held for 27 lakh registered candidates from January 16 to 30, 2021. Candidates who are scheduled to take the test by appearing in the 2nd Phase exam can visit the regional websites of Railway Recruitment Board and login with the Registration Number & Date of Birth to check the allocated exam date and city. In addition, SC/ST candidates can also download the Free Travelling Authority (FTA) by clicking on the Exam City & Date Intimation Link.
As a result of the restrictions imposed on conduct of national & state level examinations due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Railway Recruitment Board is conducting the first stage Computer Based Tests of Non-Technical Popular Category 2020 recruitment in multiple phases. In the 1st Phase, the examination is being conducted for 23 lakh candidates. Now the RRB has decided to conduct the 2nd Phase exam for 27 lakh candidates from January 16, 2020. Admit Cards for NTPC 2020 examination releases four days before the exam. Candidates can check and download the NTPC Admit Card 2020 from the regional RRB websites from January 12, 2021 i.e. 4 days before the first exam date.
Out of the 1.25 registered candidates of RRB NTPC 2020 recruitment, 27 lakh candidates can check their scheduled exam date and city from the Exam City & Date Intimation Link. Earlier, in a public notice, RRB indicated that the link “will be made available on all RRB websites on or before 06.01.2021“.The link has been activated and registered candidates can check the allocated exam city and date by logging in to the link.
In order to check the Exam City & Date allocated to candidates scheduled to appear in the 2nd Phase of the NTPC 2020 exam, one must log in to the respective RRB website using the Registration Number & Date of Birth generated at the time of online applications. Upon clicking the Exam City & Date Intimation Link, candidates have to enter the Registration Number & DOB and click on LOGIN to check the exam date and city. In addition, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories can also download Free Travelling Authority (FTA) by logging in to the aforementioned link in the same way.
RRB NTPC 2020 admit card indicates the exact venue, date and timing of the exam. Candidates have to download the admit card from the respective RRB regional websites by logging in with the Registration Number and Password. The printed copy of the admit card must be carried along with a valid photo identity proof to the exam centre. Candidates must note that Ration Cards and Learner’s Driver’s License are not accepted as valid photo identity proof. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre and report to the authorities on or before the reporting time indicated on the NTPC Admit Card 2020.
