Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is likely to announce RRB Group D Exam Date, City, and Session on September 07, 2018. In the recently issued notification RRB has made clear that Group D examination will begin from September 17 and the exam date, session, and city will be announced 10 days prior to it. Hence, candidates can expect the release by Sep 07.
Even for the loco pilot examination, the Board announced these details way before the release of the admit card and beginning of the exam. The same will be done for the RRB Group D 2018 CBT. The stage 1 CBT is expected to held in a window of two months. So, through the Group D Exam Date 2018 the candidates will know when they have to appear for the examination. On the other hand, via city and session, candidates will get to know the city in which the exam center will be and the timing of the exam.
The address of the venue will be announced through the RRB Group D admit card 2018. It will be available either 7 or 4 days before the exam date. The Board will release it online, on the official website of the RRBs, which are as follows:
To download the admit card or check RRB Group D exam date, city, and session the candidates will have to login. To do so, registration id and password will be needed. The registration number is mentioned on the application form confirmation page. Whereas, the password to be entered should be the same as that decided while filling the application form.
Along with the exam date and the admit card, a travel authority pass will also be issued by the RRB. It will only be given to those candidates who belong to the SC / ST category and submit the document of category during the registration. These candidates have to download the pass and carry it on their train journey to the exam city. The pass is to be shown to ticket master and they can travel for free.
Good luck to all the candidates who will be appearing for RRB Group D 2018. The computer based examination will be of 90 minutes and you will have to attempt 100 questions. These questions will be of multiple choice type only and will be asked on Mathematics, GK, General Awareness, and Science. To qualify the exam, candidates will have to get 40% marks, if they belong to UR category. Else, candidates belonging to OBC and SC category have to get 30% marks.
