Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has released the Group D Document Verification Admit Card 2019 for RRC Central Railway (CR) and South Eastern Railway (SER). The admit card is released in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRCs. The board has also published the list of eligible and PwBD category candidates for Document Verification. The RRB Group D Document Verification Admit Card 2019 for RRC SWR is due to be released today at the official website, rrchubli.in.
In order to download the RRB Group D Document Verification Admit Card 2019, visit the official website of RRCs and click on the option of “Click here to download the Call Letter”. A login is going to appear on the screen in which candidates need to enter registration number, and date of birth. Now, click on the “Submit” button. After that, the RRB Group D DV Admit Card 2019 is going to get displayed on the page. Download and take a print out of it to carry it on the day of examination.
Candidates must ensure that they carry the admit card on the day of document verification. No student will be allowed to appear for the DV round without a valid admit card. Based upon the candidates’ performance in CBT and PET, shortlisted applicants are called for the DV round. The document verification round is held to confirm the eligibility claims of the candidate for the post applied.
In the RRB Group D document verification round, aspirants are required to carry original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents on the specified day. The certificates can be presented in either Hindi or English. If the certificate is in some other language then one has to produce the self-attested translated version of the same on the day of the document verification.
The document verification process for each railway zone will take place for about 3-4 weeks. Each day 100-150 students will be called for the DV round. It is mandatory for the candidates to be physically present for this round. No extension of the time will be given to the candidates to produce the documents.
Appointment of the candidates is only done after they have passed the medical examination. As per the post applied the medical standard for each post varies from “A2” to “C1”. The medical exam checks that candidates are eligible to carry out the duties associated with the post or not. To be appointed for the posts in railway, Visual Acuity standard is an important criterion. Those candidates who have a flat foot, wear glasses, knock knee, squint eyes, color blindness, and other bodily impairments cannot appear for the test.
Aspirants clearing all the stages successfully will be recruited under the pay scale of 7th CPC pay matrix and will get Rs. 18000. Apart from this, candidates will also get extra allowances.
