Rajasthan University of veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner is all set to conduct the Rajasthan Pre-University Veterinary Test (RPVT) 2021 examination today. The exam will be conducted for a duration of three hours from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This exam is the gateway for admissions to the B.V.Sc & A.H degree at a prestigious institution within the state. Hence, along with adequate preparation for the exam, candidates must also report to the exam centre with the required documents. Apart from this, university authorities have also issued a set of exam-day guidelines which need to be followed by each candidate at the exam centre. Here are all the important details.
What to carry to the RPVT 2021 exam hall?
According to the RPVT 2021 information booklet uploaded by authorities, candidates must carry with them things such as –
# RPVT 2021 admit card affixed with the same passport-size coloured photograph as used during registration.
# Proforma attached to the admit card affixed with the postcard-size version of the same photograph
# Original and valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, etc
Apart from the permitted documents, candidates are not allowed to bring any other objects or items to the RPVT 2021 exam centre. These include watch, calculator, study material, electronic devices, etc.
RPVT 2021 exam-day important guidelines
While reporting to the RPVT 2021 exam centre, candidates are instructed to follow the instructions given below –
# The exam centre will be opened for entry 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the commencement of exam i.e., at 8:30 am. Candidates will be allowed entry into the exam centre only up to 9:30 am. Hence, they are advised to consider factors such as traffic, location, weather conditions, etc and make the necessary arrangements.
# Candidates are expected to present their RPVT 2021 admit card and valid photo ID to get entry into the exam centre. Without showing these documents, authorities will not be granting entry to any candidate. Hence, all aspirants are advised to keep their documents ready hours before the exam rather than waiting for the last moment.
# At the exam centre, each seat will have a roll number mentioned on it. Candidates have to check the roll number mentioned in their admit cards and sit on the appropriate bench accordingly.
# All candidates are expected to sit through the entire three hour-session and not leave in the middle of the RPVT 2021 exam. At the end of the exam, they must hand-over their OMR sheets to the invigilator present before leaving the exam centre.
Only after abiding by all these instructions and successfully submit their OMR sheet will candidates be evaluated by the university.
