National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has released the official notification for the Research Institutes of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIE CEE) 2021. The notification is for admission to various teacher education programmes in various RIEs. According to the notice, the entrance exam is scheduled on July 18, 2021 at various NCERT-allotted centres across the country. Interested and eligible candidates register for the exam from Thursday, May 20, 2021. The application form can be accessed on the official website cee.ncert.gov.in. The entire schedule of events has also been mentioned official notice.
According to the notification, the online registration process and submission of application form shall take place from May 20, 2021 to June 30, 2021. Subsequently, authorities shall be issuing the admit cards on the official website cee.ncert.gov.in from July 10 to 18, 2021. Thereafter, the RIE CEE 2021 exam is scheduled on July 18, 2021 across the country.
Candidates appearing for the entrance exam for B.Sc. B.Ed. (4-year), B.A. B.Ed. (4-year) and M.A. (B.Ed.) courses are expected to submit their qualifying exam marks on or before July 25, 2021. Results for these courses are expected to release on August 01, 2021. Similarly, those appearing for the entrance exam for B.Ed. and M.Ed courses have to submit their qualifying exam marks by July 30, 2021. NCERT shall be announcing the results for these courses on August 05, 2021.
NCERT shall be conducting the RIE CEE 2021 exam for a total of five courses. These course include B.Sc. B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed., M.Sc. Ed., B.Ed. and M.Ed. All these courses shall be taught at specific RIEs listed under the ambit of NCERT. A total of 8 such constituent institutes are listed under NCERT. These include RIE – Ajmer, RIE – Bhopal, RIE – Bhubaneshwar, RIE – Mysore, NERIE – Shillong, NIE – New Delhi, CIET – New Delhi and PSSCIVE – Bhopal.
