KIITEE 2021 Slot Booking for Phase 1 Begins Tomorrow; Exam From 25 May

KIIT is opening the KIITEE 2021 slot booking window tomorrow, for a period of 5 days.

KIITEE 2021 Slot Booking

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) shall be conducting the KIIT Entrance Exam (KIITEE) 2021 Phase-1 from May 25 to 27, 2021. Slot booking process for the same is scheduled to begin from Monday, May 17, 2021. Candidates who have successfully completed their registration process can book their slots on the official website kiit.ac.in on or before May 21, 2021. Subsequently, the institute shall be conducting the mock test on May 23, 2021. While authorities have published the official calendar of events on their website, they are yet to announce the result date.

It may be noted, that the last date to apply for KIITEE 2021 phase 1 is May 20, 2021.

KIITEE 2021 admit cards shall be issued on the official website kiit.ac.in from May 20 to 22, 2021. Aspirants are instructed to download and take a printout of the admit card well-in advanced before the entrance test. They are to bring this printed document to the allotted exam centre. Moreover, candidates are advised to keep their admit cards intact and in good condition till the admission process gets over.

If the admit cards are not available by May 22, 2021, candidates are advised to contact the authorities regarding the same on May 23 or 24, 2021. While contacting them, candidates must also provide them with their application form details. Aspirants must also bear in mind that KIIT authorities shall not be dispatching any hardcopies of admit cards. Candidates have to procure their hall tickets from the official website and not through any offline or online sources.

KIITEE 2021 test is of 180 minutes duration, covering chapters and topics related to the candidate’s preferred course. The paper comprises of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in which each question shall have four options. Candidate has to choose the option which is most apt or appropriate. Since it’s a computer-based test, candidates have to mark the answer by clicking on the appropriate option.

Candidates are allowed to navigate to any question in the KIITEE 2021 test as they please just by clicking on the question number. The question numbers shall be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Candidates must note that the answered questions shall be marked green while the unanswered questions shall remain blue. In case candidates are unsure about their answers, they can mark those questions for review by clicking on the “Mark for review” option.

Aspirants are also given the option to change their answers by visiting those questions and clicking on the appropriate options. Each correct answer shall be allotted 4 marks while 1 mark shall be deducted for every wrong answer. The test will close automatically once the test duration gets over. Candidates must remember to click on the “Submit” option to indicate that they have completed the test.
