Multiple news portals such as NDTV and Times Now News are claiming that admit cards for the Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) 2021 are going to release on September 16, 2021. The eligibility exam is scheduled to be held 10 days after this speculated date, i.e. on September 26, 2021. The exam date has already been confirmed by the state Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra. However, authorities are yet to confirm the speculated date for the release of the admit cards. However, one thing is for sure – the REET 2021 admit cards will be released on the official website – reetser21.com.
The previous REET examination was conducted three years ago, on February 11, 2018. Admit cards for the same were issued to registered candidates 10 days prior, on February 01, 2021. Due to the inconsistency in the conduction of REET, it’s hard to predict the admit card release date based squarely on the previous-year records.
Based on what happened in 2018, there is a 10-day gap between the release of admit cards and the conduction of REET examination. Taking this trend into consideration, various news reports claimed that admit cards for this year’s REET will be released on September 16, 2021. However, these are just news reports and the Secondary Education Board of Rajasthan is yet to make a comment to either deny or affirm this claim.

Previously, the REET 2021 examination was scheduled on June 20, 2021. However, due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the exam was postponed indefinitely. Later, when the overall situation related to the pandemic began to stabilise in the country, authorities announced the rescheduled date of the eligibility test, i.e., September 16, 2021. Through this test, a total of 32,000 vacancies will be filled under the post of Grade 3 teacher. Reports suggest that around 11 lakh candidates have registered for the exam.
To download the REET 2021 admit cards, candidates must visit reetbser21.com. On the homepage of the website, click on the admit card download link and key in the required credentials. Lastly, submit the credentials to access the admit cards. Candidates must either download or take a printout of the admit cards at least a day before the exam rather than waiting for the last moment. This admit card will act as a ticket for candidates to enter the exam centre.
