Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the recruitment for the Banks’ Medical Consultant (BMC) posts. The conducting body has also released an official notification in this regard online at rbi.org.in. As per the notification, the RBI BMC recruitment 2021 is announced to fill up one post (OBC) on contractual basis. Candidates interested in the recruitment can submit the application form on or before the last date which is February 05, 2021.
Candidates are recruited for the Bank Medical Consultant on a contractual basis. Aspirants are engaged for a tenure of 03 years. There will not be any renewal of the engagement on completion of the contract. Candidates will be posted at the Reserve Bank Staff Quarters, Thiruvananthapuram.
RBI BMC Recruitment 2021 Detailed Notification
To apply for the RBI recruitment, candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Applicants should possess an MBBS degree of any Indian university recognized by the Media Council of India in the Allopathic system of medicine. They must have a Master’s degree in general medicine. The applicant should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in practising medicine in any hospital or clinic.
Eligible candidates can submit their application via offline mode. They can get the RBI Recruitment application format from the official website rbi.org.in. The filled-in application form should be submitted to Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction, PB No.6507, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 033. The envelope in which application form is submitting, the cover should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Medical Consultant on a contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration”.
Aspirants can also submit their online applications through email. The application and relevant documents should be submitted to hrmdthiro@rbi.org. To submit the online applications via email, aspirants have to make sure the email size does not exceed that of 08 MB. Applicants also have to attest copies of the certificates regarding age educational qualification, caste, experience, etc.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Bank Medical Consultant based on personal interview. On qualifying the interview, candidates also have to undergo the medical examination. As of now, the RBI BMS interview dates are not disclosed. Aspirants are suggested to regularly visit the official website of RBI to get the latest updates. The selected candidates have to sign an agreement of contract with the RBI before the joining.
