The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has successfully conducted the preliminary examination of RPSC RAS 2021 on October 27, 2021. The examination was held from 10 AM to 1 PM. For the smooth conducting of examinations, internet connectivity in Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan was temporarily suspended. Now, with the completion of the examination, aspirants seem to be in search of the expected cut-off that is required to qualify for the RPSC RAS 2021 prelims examination.
Accordingly, various subject experts at the coaching institutes have released estimated cut-offs that can be expected this time. The expected cut-off for RPSC RAS 2021 is again based on the overall difficulty level of the question. In this regard, experts commented that around 30 to 35 questions were easy, 30 to 35 questions were tough and 70 to 75 questions were of medium-level difficulty. Overall, the paper was neither too easy nor too tough. Compared to previous years, the cut-off marks are unlikely to see a great difference.
Similar reactions were seen from the candidates’ end as well. Some said that very few questions were asked from the History section. Current Affairs and Science turned out to be difficult for some candidates. On the other hand, questions from Mathematics and Reasoning were comparatively easier. If one compares RPSC RAS 2021 with 2018, then the overall difficulty level of this year’s question paper was high.
