As per the instructions of the Rajasthan Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena, the waiting list of Community Health Officer (CHO) for 591 candidates has been released. The appointment will take place after due training. According to the minister, the CHO recruitment had been pending for some time and as such he instructed the concerned officials to release the waiting list at the earliest. Candidates who had been eagerly waiting for the list to be out can now check the same from rajswasthya.nic.in.
How to check?
With the release of the CHO waiting list 2021, there will not be any shortage of manpower in the state to provide better medical facilities. The CHO recruitment is done by the National Health Mission. To download the waiting list, here are the steps that one can follow.
Step 1- Go to the official website of the Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare, Rajasthan at rajswasthya.nic.in
Step 2- Press the ‘Click Here for Main Website’ link.
Step 3- Below the ‘CHO’ heading, click on the link that reads ‘Selection list of contractual CHO waiting candidates’.
Step 4- The PDF version of the list will open on a new page.
However, even after the list is out, some candidates have been commenting that the same has been removed from the website. The screening test was conducted on November 10, 2021, for a total of 7810 posts. A provisional list was issued on January 16, 2021, after which the document verification was done. The selection list was finally published on May 08, 2021, and the candidates were asked to join within three days. The list contains the roll number, selection category of the candidates, and the NTSP merit number.
On the basis of the information received from the Joint Director Zone Office and all the Chief Medical and Health Officers, there remained a few vacant posts of the candidates who did not join. Hence, to decide the eligibility for filling the posts, this CHO waiting list 2021 has been published. In the process, a total of 457 contractual posts have been kept vacant.
