It has been decided to organize Raj UG PG counselling 2019 mop up round in consideration of High Court of Jodhpur hearing on civil writ petition 14420/2019, and 14488/2019, for Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University Jaipur and all private ayurveda, homeopathy, unani, naturopathy, and yoga (AYUSH) universities where BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS seats are vacant.
Mop up round for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS programs is on September 30, 2019. For BNYS, it is on October 1, 2019.
For participation in mop up round, NEET 2019 cut off qualifiers will get first preference, senior secondary (biology group) passed and AYUSH ministry prescribed minimum qualifying marks holders will get last preference. Fresh registrations are invited from September 28, 2019, to September 29, 2019.
The registrations will close tonight at 11.50 pm.
Admission for such candidates will be subject to the final hearing of the court. For latest updates of the counselling, candidates can refer to rajugpgayushcounselling.in. Helpline numbers for the counselling are 0291-2795346, 2795347.
It is relevant to note that mop up round dates were already announced in a previous notification issued in September month only. However in that notification, the dates for new registrations were September 26, 2019, to September 27, 2019.
The new notification does not mention the timings for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS counselling. However the older notification says that the BAMS, BHMS, BUMS counselling will be from 9.30 am, and so will the BNYS counselling be.
How to register for Raj UG PG Counselling 2019?
Fresh registrations are currently being accepted. To apply, candidates need to visit rajugpgayushcounselling.in. Then click on UG counselling. The notification for mop up round opens on the screen, go through and then close it.
Then click on registration link, against which a new sign is flashing. Then to do initial registration, enter first name, middle name, last name, email, mobile number, password, aadhaar number.
Documents such as recent color photo, signature, age proof, senior secondary mark sheet, reservation proof, NEET 2019 mark sheet, NEET 2019 admit card, NRI proof if applicable, will be required during registration as well.
In the mop up round notification, separate fee amount is not specified. Thus it is expected to be the same as before, that is Rs 2000 for unreserved candidates, and Rs 1200 for SC, ST, ST-STA. Only Rajasthan domiciled candidates will get the benefit of reservation.
Raj UG PG Counselling 2019 is for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS). All the courses are of 4.5 years, followed by 1 year compulsory internship.
BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BNYS 2019 counselling is being conducted by UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Admission Board, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Registrations had opened on July 15, 2019. All selected candidates need to present relevant documents and certificates at the time of counselling, as mentioned in the brochure present at rajugpgayushcounselling.in.
