The State Police Recruitment Board has released the result for the Punjab Police Constable exam 2021 that was held for a total of 4358 vacancies. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can now check the list of shortlisted candidates from the recruitment portal website – punjabpolice.gov.in. The written examination for district and armed cadres took place on September 25 and 26, 2021. According to reports, nearly 4.7 lakh candidates had applied for the examination, out of which more than 25,000 candidates have been shortlisted for document verification, physical measurement test and physical screening test.
To check the results, take a look at the following steps.
Step 1- Visit the official website of the Punjab Police Recruitment Board – punjabpolice.gov.in
Step 2- Click on the ‘Recruitment’ box on the left-hand side of the screen
Step 3- Now, click on the link that reads ‘Recruitment to the Post of Constable’
Step 4- Here, one has to click on the displayed link to the recruitment portal
Step 5- A new page will open where one has to click on the ‘+’ sign beside ‘Constable in District Police and Armed Police Cadres of Punjab Police 2021’
Step 6- Press the ‘Click Here’ button beside the ‘List of Shortlisted Candidates for Stage II’
Step 7- The list will appear.

As per the list, the admit cards for DV, PMT and PST will be available on the recruitment portal from November 29, 2021 onwards. The hall tickets will contain the date, time and venue for the Punjab Police Constable recruitment. It must be noted that both stages 1 and 2 does not give any right to the candidate for recruitment or employment in Punjab Police. The final selection will be as per the existing rules and instructions of the Punjab government.
Candidates must carry the hard copy of stage 2 admit card along with an identity proof at the designated venue. For document verification, aspirants have to provide the original and self-attested copy of the following documents.
1. Matriculation certificate (for age proof)
2. 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board or university
3. Proof that the candidate has passed Punjabi at matriculation or equivalent level
4. Reservation certificate by competent authority (if any)
5. Candidates serving as government employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the department or office head
