The Parliament of India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for various posts in Sansad Television. The notification was released by loksabha.nic.in and rajyasabha.nic.in on July 08, 2021. Interested candidates must submit their applications within 21 days from the date of release. The prescribed format for submitting the applications is given under the Annexure-B of the official notification. Shortlisted candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria will have to go through an interview session before the Interview Board.
Candidates will have to typewrite the applications in an A4 size sheet, adhering to the format given under Annexure-B. After that, the candidates must scan the application form followed by the supporting documents. All these documents including the application form will then have to be emailed to [email protected]. If applicants desire to apply for more than one post, then they will have to do so using a separate application. The various documents and certificates will have to be self-attested and must be produced on the day of joining.

As per the official notification, the positions include HR Manager, Digital Head, Senior Producer (English), Graphics Promo GFX Artist, Senior Editor, and many more. Indian citizens who fall between the age group of 35-50 years are eligible to apply. A minimum graduate degree is required to be eligible for posts like Content Writer (English and Hindi), Junior Video Editor, Promo Editor, Graphics Panel GFX Operator, etc. However, for posts like HR Manager and Digital Head, the candidates must have an MBA degree. The essential qualifications vary for each post. The major requirement is that the candidate must hold certain years of experience for the position they are applying for. The tenure for every post will be of one year. If the selected professionals show satisfactory performance, then the duration might be extended. The monthly salary for the position of the HR manager and Digital Head is Rs 1,50,000. For Senior Producer (English) and Promo Editor, the salary stands between Rs. 70,000-80,000. Posts like Assistant Producer (English), Graphics Promo GFX Artist, Senior Social Media Content Writer, Social Media Handles Manager and Website Manager have salaries ranging between Rs 50,000-70,000. Commensuration may be granted to the deserving candidates after considering the qualification, expertise, skill among other parameters.
Upon submitting the applications, the candidates must keep an eye on the two websites to get regular updates regarding interview and result dates. All selected consultants and professionals will be posted in Sansad Television (Administration and Finance). Note that the job positions might sometimes require them to work beyond the usual working hours.
