Office of Dy. Commissioner Una H.P Extends Application Form Dates for Class-IV Posts, Check Here New Dates!

Eligible candidates can now submit their application forms for 30 vacancies of Peon, Chowkidar and Basta Bardar before August 10, 2020.

A public notice from the office of the Deputy Commissioner Una, Himachal Pradesh is released extending the last date for Class-IV posts application form submission. Due to the extension of lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic, the conducting body has decided to extend the form submission dates further. Candidates can now submit their application for Class- IV posts before August 10, 2020. Those who live in tribal areas can submit their forms on or before August 17, 2020. Candidates are advised to visit the official website, hpuna.nic.in to get the details advertisement, extended notification and all other information regarding the recruitment.

The application form can only be submitted through the post. Candidates can apply for more than one post provided they have to submit separate application form and fee for each post. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their forms to the Deputy Commissioner, Una District, Una (HP)-174303. The form is available on the official website, hpuna.nic.in/notice_category/notice/. Along with the form, candidates have to submit self-attested copies of the 10th pass certificate, caste certificate, sub-category certificate, Himachali Bonafide certificate and employment registration card.

Candidates have to make a payment of Rs. 200 as the application fee. However, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backwards Class and EWS/IRDP/BPL have to pay Rs. 100/-. Female candidates of all categories are exempted from the fee submission. The fee is accepted only through Demand Draft/Bank Draft/IPO drawn in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Una District UNA (HP).

Candidates who have passed 10th standard can submit their applications for the post of Peon. They must have the knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh. To apply for Basta Bardar and Chowkidar post, candidates must have passed the middle examination from recognized university or institution. Candidates also have to ensure that their age is within the age range of 18 years to 45 years as on January 01, 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for the SC/ST and other categories as per the HP government rules.

The recruitment for Class-IV post is announced in various categories. The conducting body has announced 31 posts for Peons, 04 posts for Basta Bardar and 03 posts for Chowkidar. Candidates are shortlisted on a daily wage basis under Rs. 250/- per day. Eligible candidates are invited for the screening test/evaluation process. The schedule for the screening test/ evaluation process will be intimated later to the eligible candidates. Appointed candidates are posted in the establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Una or subordinate office in Una District, HP.
