National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has published a recent notification for the recruitment of Executive, Head of Mine surveyor and Assistant Mine Surveyor/ Mine surveyor. NTPC Limited is inviting online applications for the 19 advertised vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for NTPC recruitment before December 30, 2020. NTPC has announced a single post for Executive Excavation and Head of Mine Surveyor respectively. Furthermore, 02 posts are out for Executive Mine Planning RQP and 15 posts for Assistant Mine Surveyor/ Mine Surveyor. The vacancy for NTPC recruitment is to be filled on a fixed-term basis for a period of 03 years.
NTPC Executive and Mine Surveyor Recruitment 2020 Detailed Notification
To apply for the Executive Excavation post, candidates must have an Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Mining Machinery from the recognized university. They should also have 10 years post qualification experience in handling HEMM in Large Open Cast Mines. Those who are applying for Executive Mine Planning should possess Engineering Degree in Mining or post-graduation degree in Geology with Recognized Qualified Person (RQP) certification. With this, they should also have a minimum of 14 years of post-qualification work experience of preparation of a mining plant for coal mining in large open-cast/ underground mines.
Aspirants interested in the post of Head of Mine Surveyor should have a diploma in mining/ Mines survey and valid mine surveyor certificate. Along with that, 20 years (executive cadre) of work experience in the field of coal mine surveying, and relevant field is mandatory. Those who have a Diploma in Mining/ Mines Survey can apply for Assistant Mine Surveyor/ Mine Surveyor. Provided they should have minimum 05 years of work experience in Non-executive/ executive cadre.

Whereas, SC/ ST/ XSM/ Female candidates are exempted from the fee submission.
Aspirants can pay the NTPC application fee via online or offline mode. To pay via online mode, they have to opt for any one of the following gateways – NET Banking Debit Card/ Credit Card. Offline payment can be done through the State Bank of India branch. SBI is authorized to collect the application fee in the specially opened account (A/C No. 30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi.
