University of Delhi (DU) has released the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) 2021 admit cards today, September 22, 2021. Candidates who have registered for the entrance exam can download their admit cards from the official website ntaexam2021.cbtexam.in. National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the DUET 2021 examination on September 26, 2021, on behalf of the university. Candidates who qualify for this exam will be able to get admission in UG, M.Phil., PG and PhD courses in different fields. The seats shall be allotted in the courses on the basis of merit, category and seat availability.
To download the DUET 2021 admit card, candidates can use the following sequence of steps –
Step 1: Visit the official website of the entrance exam i.e., nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the “Public Notice 22.09.2021 Release of Admit Card for Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET)-2021: link. This will be present under the “Latest @ NTA” section.
Step 3: By clicking on the link, a new page will open asking for login credentials. Enter the required credentials such as application form number and date of birth.
Step 4: After entering the login credentials, click on the ‘Submit’ option to access the DUET 2021 admit card.
(In case of any mistake in the admit card or difficulty in downloading it, candidates must get in touch with NTA via helpdesk number 011-40759000 or using email ID [email protected].)
Candidates must note that the DUET 2021 admit card has been issued ONLY provisionally, only to those candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria. Moreover, authorities will not be sending any admit card via post or other offline modes. It is the responsibility of candidates to maintain the admit card and not disfigure or mutilate it. This document must be kept in good condition at least till the completion of admission process.
DUET 2021 entrance exam will be conducted on September 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and October 01, 2021, through the computer-based format. The test will be conducted in three slots, each of two hours’ duration – 1. 8:00 am to 10:00 am 2. 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and 3. 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The DUET 2021 exam pattern depends on the course(s) for which a candidate is applying. In the case of UG courses, the paper will be held for a duration of 2 hours, comprising of 100 questions. All questions will be of the objective-based multiple-choice type with each question being allotted 4 marks. However, for incorrect answers, 1 mark each will be deducted. Candidates must also note that questions in the paper will only be displayed in the English language.
In the case of PG courses, the DUET 2021 exam will comprise 50/100 questions while 50 questions will be asked for M.Phil. candidates. All details about the exam pattern will remain the same as the UG course exam pattern.
