National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC), a government of India enterprise in the weekly employment news has released the recruitment for the urgent hiring of the managerial post including manager (finance), deputy manager (finance) and management trainee in the finance field on a regular basis.
The details of the recruitment are hereby released under the advertisement number NPCC/Regular/Finance/Oct./2019. For the posts announced a total of 15 number of vacancies have been released for selecting the suitable candidates from the pool of applicants. Out of the total vacancies, 7 vacancies are reserved for a manager post, for deputy manager post, 3 vacancies are there and for the management trainee, a total of 5 vacancies are there out of the total.
The suitability of the candidates in terms of age and educational qualification must be checked from the notification before applying for the given position. For applying for the post of manager, one must ensure that their age is at max 35 years. The upper age limit for the deputy manager is 30 years and for management trainee, the same is 27 years. As far as the educational qualification is concerned candidate must be a CA or ICWA qualified. This is required for every post.
Fulfiling the eligibility criteria one can apply for the post offline by sending the application to “The General Manager (HR), NPCC Limited, Corporate Office, Plot No. 148, Sector-44, Gurugram – 122003 (Haryana)”. Candidates can avail the prescribed format of the application form from the website which is npcc.gov.in. The last date of submission of application is 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
The selected candidate will get a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 if hired as a manager. If anyone selected as a deputy manager he or she will be hired on a salary ranging between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000. A person as the management trainee will be subjected for a period of one-year training with getting paid 30,000 per month. Apart from the trainee position, candidates for the rest position will be hired on a regular basis as full-time employment at the corporate office, zonal offices and projects all over India and abroad.
