NID DAT 2021 Admit Card Out Today @ 4 PM; Know How To Download

Registered candidates can download the admit card on the official website of the examination admissions.nid.edu.

National Institute of Design (NID) is going to release the NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT) Prelims 2021 admit card today i.e., March 4, 2021, Thursday at 4:00 pm. Registered candidates can download the admit card from the official website i.e admissions.nid.edu. The DAT Prelims 2021 Examination is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, March 14, 2021, from 10:00 am onwards. Candidates have to report to the allotted exam centre at 8:00 am in the morning. Students qualifying for the preliminary examination shall be invited to appear for DAT Mains 2021 examination. Exact details about the next stage shall be mentioned in the DAT Mains 2021 admit card.

DAT Prelims 2021 Examination is scheduled for Sunday, March 14, 2021. Admit cards for the same are expected to release today on the official website admissions.nid.edu, according to the given schedule. Registered candidates are instructed to download and print a copy of their own admit card which is to be carried to the allotted exam centre. They must also note the exact reporting time mentioned in the admit card.

Candidates can download the NID DAT 2021 Prelims admit card by going to the ‘important dates’ flashing on the homepage of the official website. They must click on the link ‘NID DAT Prelims Admit Card 2021’. By doing so, they shall be re-directed to a new page. Aspirants are required to enter their NID Application ID and password before clicking on the ‘Submit’ option. The admit card shall be displayed on the screen. Candidates are requested to download or print a copy of the admit card for future reference.

DAT Prelims 2021 Entrance Examination offer two main courses – B.Des and M.Des. Admission for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) course at the prestigious university involves two exams – DAT Prelims and Mains. Candidates are required to qualify for the DAT 2021 Prelims exam scheduled on March 14, 2021. By doing so, they shall be invited to appear for the second stage I.e., DAT 2021 Mains. Authorities are yet to disclose details about the second stage. However, these details shall be mentioned in the DAT Mains admit card.

The B.Des Prelims paper shall be of 3 hours duration and 100 marks, in total. The test shall be conducted through the pen-paper format at all test centres across the country at the same time. Moreover, the question paper shall be displayed only in the English language. Based on the Prelims scores, separate merit lists shall be prepared for every category, as specified by the candidates in the application form. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear for the next stage of the examination.

The Master of Design (M.Des) DAT 2021 Prelims is of a total of 100 marks accommodating a Common Design Aptitude Test and a Discipline Specific Test. These two tests together evaluate the actual design altitude of each candidate. The preliminary examination comprises a mixture of objective and subjective type questions. Again, this paper shall also be displayed in the English language. The duration of DAT 2021 Prelims for M.Des shall be 2 hours 30 minutes.

The merit lists for each category shall be prepared based on the DAT 2021 Prelims scores. These categories shall be in accordance with the categories mentioned by the candidates. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be permitted to appear for the next stage of the M.Des entrance exam.
