National Health Mission of Bokaro district, Jharkhand has issued a recruitment notice inviting applications for the vacant posts of Medical and Non-Medical Staff. The posts that are advertised under this recruitment are as follows 02 vacancies for NCD Specialist, 03 for Medical Officer (SNCU), 07 for Medical Officer (CHC NCD Cell), 03 for Medical Officer (NUHM), 10 for ANM (NHM), 27 for GNM/ Staff Nurse, 02 for Block Data Manager, 12 for Pharmacist and 03 for Nutritionist Counsellor. Recruitment to these announced posts is on contractual basis under National Health Mission.
Candidates who are recruited for the advertised vacancies also get paid a monthly salary during their contractual service period. Those who are recruited as NCD Specialist ad Medical Officer gets Rs. 63,000/-, ANM gets Rs. 9,900/-, GNM/ Staff Nurse receives Rs. 14,300/- and Pharmacist gets Rs. 10,450/-. Aspirants appointed as Block Data Manager gets Rs. 8,000/- and Nutritional Counsellor gets Rs. 9,900/-.
To present candidature for this recruitment, aspirants should meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates intending to apply for NCD Specialists and Medical Officer should have MBBS degree. Those who are applying for ANM should have passed the 10+2 exam and have completed the ANM course. A graduation degree in any discipline with at least 01 years Diploma in Computer Application is required for Block Data Manager. To apply for GNM/ Staff Nurse, candidates should have qualified 10+2 exam and possess 03 years of general nursing and midwifery training. A Diploma in Pharmacy is required for the vacant post of Pharmacist. Candidates who have Master’s or Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition/ Home Science can apply for Nutritional Counsellor.
Application forms for NHM Bokaro recruitment can be submitted via offline mode. Applicants have to visit the official website, bokaro.nic.in. and download the prescribed application form. Completed forms should be sent to ‘Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer Bokaro’. On the top of the envelope in which candidates are submitting forms should be superscribed with advertisement number, post code and post name. In case, aspirants wish to apply for more than a post then they have to submit separate applications.
With the forms, aspirants are also asked to sent photocopies of certain documents in support of their eligibility and reservation claims. They have to submit caste and category certificate, 10th pass certificate, age proof and 02 recent passport size photographs in the same envelope.
