MSTC Limited is inviting online applications from adequately experienced Indian nationals to fill up vacancies for the posts of Deputy General Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Manager. The Public Sector Undertaking organisation has released Employment Notification No. 2/2020 at the official website i.e. mstcindia.com. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to apply online at the official website. Online applications can be submitted till 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar dated 21.11.2020.
As per the detailed employment notification, there are only three vacancies available for the posts of Deputy General Manager (Law-E6), Senior Manager (Law-E4) and Deputy Manager (Law-E2). Candidates appointed to the post of DGM are entitled to a pay scale of Rs 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 with minimum gross emoluments of Rs 2,13,000 per month. Senior Manager post holders are entitled to a pay scale of Rs 90,000-3%-2,40,000 with minimum gross emoluments of Rs 1,59,000 per month. On the other hand, Deputy Manager post holders are entitled to a pay scale of Rs 60,000-3%-2,20,000 with minimum gross emoluments of Rs 1,06,000 per month.
It must be noted that post-wise detailed eligibility conditions are indicated by MSTC in the employment notification. In order to apply for the posts of Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, candidates must be below the age of 45 years. On the other hand, to apply for the post of Deputy Manager, candidates must be below the age of 32 years.
Candidates must also fulfil the minimum educational qualifications prescribed by the MSTC in order to apply for the advertised posts. Candidates having a PG Degree/Diploma in Management/International Trade/Materials Management (or relevant specialization) and knowledge of import-export, trading & e-commerce are eligible to apply for the posts of DGM, DM and SM. Additionally, candidates must also have 16, 11 and 5 years of relevant experience in order to apply for the posts of DGM, SM and DM respectively.
Eligible candidates are to be called for direct interview. The selection of eligible and registered candidates is to be done though the interview stage only. Post selection, candidates will be posted at the Registered Office of MSTC in Kolkata, West Bengal. However, candidates can also be posted or transferred to any location in India as per the requirements of the organization.
It must be noted that candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 500 in order to apply for the recruitment. SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The application process is conducted online at the official website only. No other modes of application are accepted for this recruitment. Candidates are advised to have a valid and functional mobile number and email ID which must be kept active till the declaration of results.
