Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has released recruitment advertisement 03/2021 to fill up latest vacancies for the post of Assistant District Prosecution Office (ADPO). There are 92 vacancies available and online applications for the exam are scheduled to start on June 17, 2021. The last date to apply through mppsc.com, mppsc.nic.in or mponline.gov.in is July 16, 2021.
Interested candidates can download the latest MPPSC ADPO 2021 advertisement from the website mppsc.com. The minimum educational qualification required is a degree in Law from any recognized university of India. It is mandatory to have live registration in the state employment exchange of Madhya Pradesh. Selected candidates will be appointed at the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 and grade pay of Rs 4200.
The minimum and maximum age limits have been specified by the Madhya Pradesh PSC for recruitment of the 92 ADPOs. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as of January 01, 2022. However, relaxations on the upper age limit can be availed by candidates belonging to special reserved categories as per government norms in vogue. The age of retirement is 62 years.
The selection procedure is based on an online exam. MPPSS will conduct the exam for a question paper carrying 450 marks in total. Additional 50 marks are of the final interview. The question paper is divided into two parts. Part A carries 150 marks in total based on Madhya Pradesh and General Knowledge of National and International level. Part B carries 300 marks in total and is based on the subject of Law. Aspirants are advised to refer to the detailed notification and official website for the complete syllabus of the selection test.
The question paper will consist of objective type questions with four alternatives to choose from (A, B, C, D). Candidates have to choose the correct alternative as per the question. The total duration of the exam including both parts is 03 hours or 180 minutes. Furthermore, Part A will consist of 50 questions and each question will carry 03 marks leading to a total of 150 marks. Similarly, Part B will consist of 100 objective type questions carrying 03 marks each and leading to a total of 300 marks. There is a negative marking of 01 marks for every wrong answer. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English languages.
An application fee of Rs 500 must be borne by candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC (NCL) and PWD categories of Madhya Pradesh. For other candidates, the application fee amount is Rs 1000. Applicants are advised to read the notification carefully before proceeding to apply for the recruitment.
