Mizoram Public Service Commission has recently released an official notification for the recruitment of 02 posts of Assistant Director Fisheries and District Fisheries Development Officer. The online registrations for the said posts have already started. Candidates can submit their applications for Mizoram PSC recruitment on or before November 27, 2020. The advertised post of Assistant Director Fisheries and District Fisheries Development Officer is announced under the Fisheries Department. It is a Group A (Gazetted) (Non-Ministerial) post. Those who are appointed under the aforementioned posts get a monthly salary of Level – 10 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 56,00/- to Rs. 1,24,500/-).
To apply for Mizoram PSC recruitment, candidates must have a relevant educational qualification. They should possess M.F.Sc from the recognized university to submit applications. Those who have M.Sc (Zoology) from a recognized university and have training in Inland Fisheries are also eligible. Computer proficiency is also required to apply for Assistant Director Fisheries and District Fisheries Development Officer post. Working knowledge of the Mizo language of Middle School Standard (relaxable for Chhimtuipui District, Mizoram) is desirable.
Moreover, aspirants should also meet the age limit that is prescribed in the notification. Their age should be within the age range of 21 years and 35 years while applying for Mizoram PSC recruitment. On providing the registered mobile number and password, aspirants can log in and submit their applications. It is suggested to keep a clear print out of the submitted application form for the records.
To shortlist candidates for Assistant Director Fisheries and District Fisheries Development Officer, Mizoram PSC is expected to conduct a written examination.
