Mizoram EMRS Society has published an official advertisement of the recruitment of eligible candidates as Teachers and Class-IV Grade posts. Aspirants who wish to download the recruitment advertisement can visit the official website, socialwelfare.mizoram.gov.in. The recruitment is announced for Post Graduate Teacher (Information Technology), Trained Graduate Teacher, Hostel Warden, Medical Attendant and Class IV posts such as Cook, Chowkidar and Watchmen. Those who are shortlisted have to serve at Eklavya Model Residentials Schools (EMRSs) at Ngopa, Lawngtlai, Chawngte, Tuipang and Lunglei & Serchhip. A total of 66 vacancies are announced under this recruitment. Submit the applications forms before August 28, 2020.
Candidates intending to apply for Postgraduate Teacher (Information Technology) must possess 02 years integrated postgraduate course from Regional College of Education from NCERT. Those who have passed B. Tech or have a Master’s degree or M. Tech can also submit their forms against Postgraduate Teacher (IT) post. To apply for Trained Graduate Teacher in Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English, Mizo, Hindi, candidates must have 04 years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree in respective subjects with 50% marks, B. Ed degree and have passed CTET exam can also apply.
To apply for Hostel Warden, candidates must have completed graduation and have 05 years teaching or administrative experience in Hostel. Those who have passed 12th class and Grade A three years Diploma/ certificate in Nursing can apply for Medical Attendant. They must have registration with Indian/State Nursing College and have a working knowledge of Mizo/ Hindi and English language. Candidates who have B.Sc in Nursing/ GNM are also eligible for Medical Attendant post. 8th class pass candidates who have a working knowledge of the Mizo language can apply for Class IV posts.
Besides, candidates must also comply with the age limit as prescribed by the conducting body. The upper age limit for Post Graduate Teacher is 40 years, for Trained Graduate Teacher is 35 years. Candidate’s age must not exceed that of 45 years for Hostel Warden. They must have completed 26 years of age before applying. The minimum age limit for Class IV posts is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years. The upper age limit for Medical Attendant post is 35 years.
Applications should be submitted through the offline process only. Candidate can get the application forms for Mizoram EMRS recruitment from the Directorate of Social Welfare & Tribal Affairs, Chaltlang on the payment of Rs. 20/- only. The completely filled-in application forms should be submitted to the Director, Social Welfare & Tribal Affairs Department, Chaltlang, Aizawal. Along with it, attested copies of the certificates and make sheets of educational qualification from 12th pass onwards must be submitted.
