All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Bibinagar is inviting applications to fill up vacancies in various Group B & C posts. The institute has published an official recruitment advertisement in this regard on the official website i.e. jipmer.edu.in. An examination is scheduled to be held for the selection of eligible applicants. The online registration process has commenced on July 29, 2020. The last date to register and apply online is August 31, 2020, until 04.30 PM. AIIMS Bibinagar is to announce the date of the online exam and the release of hall tickets in due course of time.
As per the official recruitment advertisement, there are 08 vacancies for various Group B posts and 02 vacancies for Group C posts. 08 vacancies are bifurcated across various Group B posts such as Assistant Administrative Officer (1), Executive Assistant (1), Personal Assistant (2), Technician (Laboratory), Library & Information Assistant (1) and Warden (Hostel Warden). On the other hand, there is one vacancy for the Group C post of Stenographer and one vacancy for the Group C post of Lower Division Clerk. All of the vacancies are unreserved. Overall, there are 10 vacancies.
The Institute has specified the minimum conditions of eligibility in order to apply for the advertised posts. Candidates having a degree and 3 years of experience are eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer. Those having 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the post of Executive Assistant. Graduate candidates having 3 years experience in a relevant field can apply for the post of Personal Assistant. Such candidates must have typing speed of 80 WPM in order to apply. Candidates having a B.Sc. degree in Medical Lab Technology along with 3 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology along with 8 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the post of Technician (Laboratory). Those having a Bachelor’s degree in Science along with a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Library & Information Science are eligible to apply for the post of Library & Information Assistant. Such candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a relevant government institute’s library. The maximum permissible age for the above mentioned posts is 35 years, Graduate candidates along with PG Diploma/Certificate in House Keeping/Material Management/Hotel management/Public Relation/Estate Management are eligible to apply for the post of Warden provided that they have 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be within 40 years of age to apply for the post.
For the Group C post of Stenographer, applicants within 30 years of age who have passed Class 12 examination and having typing speed of 80 WPM are eligible. On the other hand, candidates within the age of 27 years who have passed Class 12th or Class 10th along with 05 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the post of LDC. Such applicants must have typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on Computer. Candidates are advised to go through the notification and ensure that they fulfil the corresponding eligibility conditions before applying for a particular post. Relaxations on the upper age limit as applicable to candidates belonging to special reserved categories can also be checked from the official notification.
The selection exam (Computer Based Test) is to be conducted in major cities such as Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad and others and allotment of center is done on a first come first serve basis. Hall tickets must be downloaded from the website as per schedule. Selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the Written exam and subsequent skill tests. Negative marking is applicable in the written exam. The results are to be released on the AIIMS Bibinagar (JIPMER) website as per schedule and shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and skill test. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website as per schedule. An application fee of Rs 1500 (and additional transaction charges as applicable) must be paid by all Unreserved, EWS and OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates must however pay a fee of Rs 1200 (in addition to transaction charges as applicable). PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of any application fee. Candidates must upload scanned copies of photo & signature to the application form online. In addition, other documents/certificates to be uploaded with the application form can be checked from the official notification.
