MOHUA Section Officer Recruitment 2020, 15 Vacancies Out, Apply Now!

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is recruting eligible candidates for the post of Section Officer under various regional offices of CPWD.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is inviting eligible candidates to fill up the vacant posts of Section Officers. A total of 15 vacancies are announced by MOHUA for this recruitment. Applications for the said post should be submitted within 15 days from the issue of the notification. Aspirants interested in the recruitment can download the notification in this regard from mohua.gov.in.

MOHUA has announced the recruitment process under different regional offices of the CPWD. These offices are located outside Delhi. The conducting body has announced 01 vacancies for SDG PR. Reg Kolkata, 01 vacancies for SDG (Reg. Guwahati), 01 for CE (Shillong), 01 for ADG (Training and Research) Ghaziabad, 02 for SDG Pr. Reg. Chandigarh, 02 for SDG (Pr. Reg. Chennai), 01 for ADG (REG. Bengaluru), 01 for SDG (Rr. Reg. Mumbai), 02 vacancies for ADG (Reg. Mumbai), 02 vacancies for ADG (Reg. Bhopal) and 01 vacancies for IBBZ-I Siliguri.

Candidates can apply for only those vacancies in the same grade in which they are currently working under. Eligible applicants can submit their forms by following the offline procedure as prescribed. They have to first download the application form from MOHUA website, mohua.gov.in. Along with the application form, candidates have to submit vigilance clearance/ disciplinary clearance certificates from the competent authority. The filled-in application form along with relevant certificates and documents should reach the office of the conducting body before the prescribed period.

To download the application form, candidates must visit the website first, mohua.gov.in. They can locate the link to download the form under the “What’s New” section present on the home page. Hereafter, they have to click on the “Filling up the vacancies in the grade of Section Officer (SO) in the Regional Offices of CPWD”. By scrolling through the notification, the prescribed format for the submission of application form is available. Take a print out of the same and submit it accordingly.

The details that candidates have to mention in the application form are as follows, name, date of birth, date of the recruitment, designation officials are working, hometown, date of the posting and tenure in the Ministry. Also, candidates have to mention every information about their posts they are currently working under. They have to provide the reason why they are seeking a transfer for the Section Officer of CPWD department. Moreover, aspirants are asked to furnish preference of the place of posting they would like to get posted after the final selection. In case a selected officer decline to join the duty in the allocated place posting, they are debarred from applying for posting outside Delhi for the next two years.
