There are 09 vacancies for the post of Management Trainee available one each at the locations of Bangalor, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow and Patna. On the other hand, there are 11 vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager. LIC HFL has specified the minimum eligibility conditions that must be fulfilled in order to apply for each vacant position. For the post of Management Trainee, candidates within the age of 24 to 30 years are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a full time MCA/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc degree in the discipline of Computer Science or IT along with 60% or more aggregate marks. Applicants who have 1 year or more experience in a relevant field are to be preferred for this post.
For the post of Assistant Manager, candidates within the age limits of 25 to 30 years are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a full-time MCA/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. degree in the discipline of Computer Science or IT with at least 60% aggregate marks. In addition, those who are applying for the disciplines of Information Security Engineer and Mobile App Developer must also have a relevant qualification in the concerned field. Candidates must also have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organisation in order to apply.
LIC HFL is to conduct an online technical skill test for all shortlisted applicants at a location selected by the applicants during the online application process. Qualifiers of the skill test are to be called for attending the final interview at Mumbai. The skill test carries a total of 50 marks and the interview also carries a total of 50 marks. Final selection of the candidates is to be done on the basis of the combined score of the skill test and the final interview.
