KVIC Recruitment 2019 notification out for 108 vacancies of Executive, Jr Executive and other posts

KVIC recruitment 2019 notification is out for sr. executive (ec.r.), executive (v.i.), executive (khadi), jr. executive (fbaa), jr. executive (adm. & hr), assistant (v.i.), assistant (khadi), assistant (training) posts with 2, 56, 6, 3, 15, 15, 8, 3 vacancies respectively. Apply online from 20 Dec 2019 to 19 Jan 2020 at kvic.org.in.

The Khadi and Village Industries Commission, the KVIC has started inviting online application forms to fill up vacant posts under group B and group C from today, December 20, 2019. Eligible Indian candidates can submit their form against a total of 108 vacancies . For the same, KVIC has published the notice vide advertisement number KVIC/Adm./Recruitment 2019-20 public, and the same is available on kvic.org.in. The last date upto which KVIC will accept applications is January 19, 2020.

For the selection procedure, computer based online examination will be conducted by KVIC in the month February 2020 and for the selected candidates document verification has been scheduled for March 2020.

Under group B post at pay level 6, KVIC is recruiting for 2 seats of Sr. executive for UR category. Similary under group C category at pay level 5, there 56 seats for executive (V.I) and 6 for executive (khadi). The same under the same group at pay level 4, 3 vacancies are for Jr. executive (FBAA) with 1 seat each for OBC, EWS and UR. 15 seats for Jr. executive (adm. & HR) for OBC category. And at pay level 2 there are 15 seats for assistant (V.I), out of which 2 are for OBC, 3 for EWS and 10 for UR. Similarly, 8 for khadi assistant divided as 3 for OBC and 5 for UR. The last under pay level 2 is for 3 seats at training assistant.

However, as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement, 4 posts are reserved for the persons with disabilities and 10% reservation is being provided to ex-servicement category candidates. Though these vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease during the selection.

Candidates interested in applying for the announced posts, require either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree to apply for the post under group B and group C category at different pays level. Though, for pay level 2 under group C, candidates having a diploma in engineering in relevant discipline are eligible to apply for the post.

Apart from the educational qualification, KVIC has prescribed age limit specification for group B and group C post separately. For applying for the post under group B, candidate must not exceed the age of 30 years and for group C posts the same is 27 years. Commission will consider, January 19, 2020, as the date for determining the eligibility criteria of candidates.

However age relaxation policy has been implemented by KVIC for the specific candidates. For the same one can refer to the details published regarding the eligibility criteria, selection procedure, application fee and process along with other general conditions under the detailed published advertisement on kvic.org.in.

Eligible candidates can apply online for KVIC recruitment online by registering themselves and filling detailed application form available on the official website, kvic.org.in. It is available under the “vacancies” tab, at the bottom of the home page. For the final submission of the form, the application fee charged by the commission is Rs. 1000 for each post with additional bank charges. Fee once paid will not be mutated and one can pay via online payment modes.

KVIC selection procedure consists of the online computer test for a total of 120 questions of 120 marks. Based upon the marks achieved applicants will be selected on merit basis for the final selection. In case oftei breaking cases, first the age and then the educational qualification will be taken into consideration. The finally selected candidates will get posted anywhere in the office of KVIC in India getting a salary as per the pay level under which one is hired.
