Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the official schedule for the KCET 2021 document verification. The notification, as well as the information brochure, has been uploaded on the official website kea.kar.nic.in for candidates’ reference. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 examination was held on August 28, 29 and 30, 2021. Results for the same were announced on September 20, 2021, on the official portal. Candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam will now be able to apply for a variety of courses in the fields of Engineering, Pharmacy, Veterinary Sciences, Agriculture and other Allied courses.
According to the KCET 2021 document verification schedule, candidates with the rank up to 182001 are scheduled to undergo the verification process. This process is set to take place from Thursday, September 30, 2021, and will continue till October 28, 2021. On each day except the last one, the verification process will be conducted in four sessions – two forenoon sessions and two afternoon sessions.
Each session of the KCET 2021 document verification schedule will comprise 250 students. The forenoon sessions are scheduled from 9:15 am to 11:00 am and 11:15 am to 1:15 pm. Candidates are expected to report to the respective facilitation or helpline centre at least 30 minutes prior, to avoid any last-minute confusion or chaos. So, for the first forenoon slot, reporting time is 8:45 am while 10:45 am is the reporting time for the second slot.
The afternoon shift will again, comprise of two sessions, each of 2 hours duration. These sessions shall be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm. Candidates appearing for the first session must report to the designated facilitation centre by 1:30 pm. In the case of the second session, the reporting time is 3:15 pm.

After the verification is done, KCET authorities will be returning all the original documents and keeping a set of photocopies of all these certificates.
