The Jammu and Kashmir Police has released the admit cards for the Physical Tests (PET/PST) of constables in border battalions. Candidates who have applied for the recruitment exam can now download the admit cards via the official website – jkpolice.gov.in. As per official notification, the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are going to be conducted from May 05, 2022 onwards. The date-wise schedule of PET and PST has also been displayed on the official website.
JK Police Admit Card 2022 – How to download
For downloading the admit cards, it is essential to keep the candidate’s username and password ready. In case someone has forgotten their password, then they can retrieve the same by using their mobile number and date of birth. To know how to download the admit cards, here are the steps that one can follow.
Step 1- Go to the official website of JK Police at jkpolice.gov.in
Step 2- Under the ‘Recruitment’ menu, click on ‘Notices’
Step 3- Now, click on the displayed link under ‘Admit Card Downloading for (PST/PET) 02 Border Battalions’
Step 4- On the right-hand side of the page and under ‘Constable Border Battalion’, click on login for PET admit cards
Step 5- Enter username, password and click on the ‘Login’ button
Step 6- Download the admit cards and take a printout of the same.

Exam Date
The PET and PST for JKP Border Battalion recruitment will commence on May 05, 2022 and continue till May 16, 2022. However, the district-wise dates and venue have been given on the official website. Candidates can also check the dates from the table below.

Candidates must note that the PET and PST for Rajouri and Poonch districts will take place at DPL Ground Rajouri. For the remaining districts, the venue remains SRDF Ground Jammu. Detailed information regarding the physical tests is given below.
PET – The Physical Endurance Test is qualifying in nature. Candidates have to participate in a long race of 1600 metres in 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Additionally, they have to do 20 push-ups. Note that one cycle of up and down will be counted as one push up. Candidates qualifying for PET will be eligible for PST.
PST – The PST mainly involves the measurement of height and chest. For scrutiny purposes, candidates are also required to bring original documents and testimonials during the PST round.
