The Indian Navy has commenced the online registration and application form fill-up in order to fill up 2500 vacancies for intake of sailors today. Indian Navy Artifice Apprentice and Indian Navy Senior Secondary Recruits are two major recruitment programs of the Indian Navy. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to register online and fill up the application form at the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in. The application form has been made available from today i.e. April 26, 2021. Candidates will be able to apply online till May 05, 2021.
Candidates intending to apply for recruitment as a Sailor through the Indian Navy Artificer Apprentice or the Indian Navy Senior Secondary Recruits must read the combined notification released by the Navy. It contains all the details of the recruitment which also includes the eligibility criteria. One must ensure that they are compliant before applying. For example, only unmarried male candidates meeting other criteria are eligible to apply.
Those who are born on or between February 01, 2001 and July 31, 2004 are eligible in terms of the age related constraints. Candidates must also possess certain educational qualification in order to become eligible to apply. Candidates must also be adequately qualified in order to apply for this recruitment.
For recruitment through Indian Navy AA 2021, a candidate must have passed Class 12 exam by securing at least 60% aggregate in Maths & Physics and any of the optional subjects among Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science. For recruitment through Indian Navy SSR 2021, a candidate must have the same qualification although, the minimum aggregate marks is not applicable.
It may be noted that submitting the application form require that candidates register first at the official website. For this, one must open the website joininannavy.gov.in. On the homepage of the screen, candidates have to click on Register. Here candidates have to register with or without Aadhar card.
Once the registration process is over, candidates have to note down the login credentials. Now, one must click on candidate login on the homepage of the official website. Here at first, one must select the state of correspondence and proceed accordingly to fill up the application form. The login page appears and candidates have to enter the registered email ID and password.
Indian Navy AA and SSR Application Form 2021 are absolutely free of cost. Only those candidates who apply through CSCs have to pay a fee of Rs 60 and GST. It is required that candidates keep ready their matric certificate and Class 12 certificate ready to fill up the application form.
