Indian Army has released an official notification for the recruitment rally of SOL GD, SOL Tech, SOL CLK/ SKT and SOL TDN. The recruitment rally is announced exclusively for Dungarpur, Banswara, Sirohi, Udaipur, Pratapgarh, Pali, Jalore, Barmer, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Nagaur districts. The online registrations for the same starts from September 10, 2020, onwards. Candidates can register themselves for the said posts before October 24, 2020. The recruitment rally for the announced posts starts from November 22, 2020, to March 31, 2020. The exact time, date, location for the rally will be confirmed later on as per COVID-19 pandemic situation. Admit cards for the recruitment rally will be sent through the registered email at least 15 days before the commencement of the Recruitment Rally.
Applications from only the specified districts of Rajasthan state are invited. Candidates intending to apply for Soldier (General Duty) must have passed 10th class with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% marks in each subject. To apply for Soldier Technical SOL Technical (Aviation AMN Examiner), candidates should have passed 10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English securing 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. Those who have passed 10+2 in any stream with 60% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in each subject can apply for Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management. Applicants who have passed 10th class and secured 33% marks in each subject can apply for Sol Tdn 10th pass. To apply for SOL Tdn 8th pass, candidates must have passed 08th standard and obtained 33% marks in aggregate in all subjects.
Apart from the educational qualification, candidates also have to ensure that they meet the prescribed age limit. Those who are applying for Soldier (General Duty), the minimum age limit is 17 and a half year and 21 years. To apply for the rest of the post, the candidate’s age should be between the age group of 17 and a half year to 23 years. The selection procedure for these posts includes Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement, Medical Test and Written Examination. In the PFT and Physical Measurement round, candidates physical fitness and physical standard. PFT round is followed by Medical Test. In this round, candidates have to fit right into the medical standards at the Rally site. Those who qualify the medical test can appear for the Written Test. This test is conducted through Common Entrance Examination. The admit cards for the CCE will be issued to the candidates at Rally site only.
