Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is likely to declare the results soon for the B.Ed 2021 entrance exam, Open Management Aptitude Test (OPENMAT) 2021 and Post-Basic Nursing entrance exam 2021. Results shall be declared on the official website ignou.ac.in. Entrance exam for all three programs were conducted on April 11, 2021. Candidates who qualify the entrance shall are required to appear for the counselling process to pursue the desired undergraduate or postgraduate course at the prestigious university.
IGNOU authorities shall be announcing the B.Ed 2021 entrance exam results on the official website ignou.ac.in. candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the website by entering their login credentials. Results shall be declared in the form of a scorecard based on which, authorities shall create the final merit list. IGNOU B.Ed 2021 entrance test was conducted across the country for individuals who wish to pursue the undergraduate teaching course at affiliated institutes.
Going by last year’s result date, the result of B.Ed entrance exam was expected around April 21, 2021. However, the result is yet to be announced. It is now expected that result of B.Ed, OPENMAT, and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing entrance exams may be announced together, in 3rd or 4th week of May.
Authorities conducted the OPENMAT 2021 examination on April 11, 2021 for aspirants who wish to pursue postgraduate courses in the field of management. Results for the same are expected to come out soon. Last year, IGNOU MBA entrance exam results were announced 43 days post exam. If a similar timeline is followed this time, then result should be announced by May 24, 2021. To check their results, candidates will have to enter their enrolment number which they received during the registration process. Qualified candidates can then seek admission in IGNOU affiliated universities by filling-up the university admission form.
Last year, authorities announced the IGNOU Open Nursing Entrance Test 2021 (OPENNET) results approximately 46 days after the exam. If IGNOU follows a similar timeline, then results shall be declared around May 27, 2021. Once the results are declared, candidates will be able to check the same by logging in with their enrolment number.
Candidates who qualify the OPENNET 2021 results have to appear for the counselling session conducted by the authorities. This counselling session shall take place based on the region-based merit lists. A proper assigned committee shall be organising the counselling session in which qualified candidates have to bring certain important documents with them. These documents include self-attested copies of educational and other relevant certificates which shall be again verified during the counselling session. In case of any vacant seats after the first counselling round, additional counselling sessions shall also be conducted.
Recently, IGNOU authorities also announced the postponement of the Term-End Examination (TEE) for June 2021. The examination was cancelled on account of rising COVID-19 cases in the country. The decision was also taken in view of the lockdown and other restrictions being imposed in various states. The exam was previous scheduled to begin from June 15, 2021 and now stand cancelled to a later date. New dates shall be announced at least 21 days prior to the commencement of exams.
