The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released a date and time schedule for declaring the results of the CS Professional and Executive programmes. ICSI has successfully conducted the exams in December 2021 and will now be announcing the results on February 25, 2022. Along with the results, the Institute will also be publishing the candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks. Candidates who have appeared for the examination will be able to check the results from the official website – icsi.edu.
Result Time
Although the date is the same, the time at which the CS Executive and Professional results will be declared are different. Hence, candidates have to keep an eye on the official website at the stipulated time to check the results as and when they are declared.

CS Executive Programme
According to the official notification, the formal e-result-cum-marks statement for both the old and new syllabus will be uploaded on the official website – icsi.edu. However, this will be done immediately after the declaration of the results. Candidates can download the statement use it for reference, statement and record. Please note that no physical or hard copy of the result-cum-marks statement is going to be issued.
CS Professional Programme
The result-cum-marks statement for both the old and new syllabus under the Professional programme is going to be sent to the candidates at their registered address. However, this will also be done after the results have been declared. In case candidates do not receive the physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement within 30 days of the declaration of result, they should reach out to the institute via the official email – [email protected]. They must also mention their details.
What’s Next?
As per the official notification, the next examination for both CS Professional and Executive programmes under the old and new syllabus is going to be conducted from June 01 to 10, 2022. For this purpose, the online examination enrollment form along with the requisite fee has to be submitted from February 26, 2022, onwards. The complete date sheet can be checked from icsi.edu. The examination timings will be from 9 AM to 12 Noon. As per the schedule, the exams for the Executive programme will end on June 09, 2022, while the Professional programme exam is going to conclude on June 10, 2022, for the elective subjects which will be an open book exam.
