The announced vacancies are available only for the employees working as Subject Matter Speciality at Krishi Vigyan Kendra of ICAR. The post of Subject Matter Specialist is available under Agronomy, Fishery Science, Horticulture, Home Science/ Community Science, Plant Protection, Animal Science and Agriculture Extension. These posts are available at ICAR- CRIJAF North 24 Parganas and ICAR- CRIJAF Bud Bud, Burdwan. Moreover, these posts are available on a permanent basis. Eligible candidates are transferred to the advertised posts at the specified Institute and Krishi Vigyaan Kendra.
The conducting body is inviting applications from eligible candidates who are currently working as Subject Matter Speciality in ICAR administered KVKs. They must have served a minimum tenure of 05 years in their existing posts. Interested candidates must also possess the minimum educational qualification as specified by the conducting body. Applicants should have a Masters degree in the specified field from the recognized university.
