The Indian Council of Agricultural Research has published the ICAR 2nd round seat allotment 2019 at icarexam.net. Candidates can login to download the allotment letter. Those who have been allotted a seat, need to visit allotted university to complete document verification process and pay relevant fee. Candidates are required to report and complete the formalities by August 14, 2019, during working hours of the institute.
To check the result, candidates who are participating in the counselling need to visit icarexam.net, and click on applicant login. Then, login with application number, and password in order to view result and print allotment letter.
If candidate has been allotted a choice which was not his/her first choice, then candidate can request the allotted university to mark him / her for upgradation. However first they have to take admission in the allotted seat.
In the second round, candidates who got choice except first choice were tried first for their better choices on seats which had become vacant due to non-reporting, ineligibility and other reasons. Those who got a seat in the first round, but could not get a higher choice of seat in second round, have retained their old seats. Whereas those who have got a higher choice will automatically forfeit the old allotment and have to accept the upgraded seat.
Admitted candidates need to submit original certificates and mark sheets to Registrar of allotted university. These documents may in turn be sent by the varsities to respective boards and universities for the purpose of verification.
Those who are allotted a seat for the first time in any round of allotment are mandatorily required to report at allotted university within the prescribed date and time, otherwise their allotment will be cancelled.
However, under the circumstances prevailing in Jammu and Kashmir, some special provisions have been implemented. ICAR has released a notification regarding reporting and upgradation fr SKUAST-K. As per the notice, candidates who have been allotted seats at SKUAST-K Srinagar through AIEE 2019 counselling, their admission will remain secure, and that they will be deemed as admitted to the programs. This admission shall however be provisional in nature, subject to fulfilment of eligibility. Candidates who get admission through first, second, or subsequent rounds of counselling can report for admission after August 17, 2019.
ICAR will announce third round of allotment and issue provisional admission recommendation letter (without award of scholarship / fellowship) on August 17, 2019. Reporting to universities, document verification, and payment of course fee for third round will take place from August 18 to 22, 2019.
