Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has issued the admit card for the online exam scheduled to be conducted on August 12, 2020. The online examination is for recruitment to various posts as announced through advertisement dated 10.06.2020 and subsequent notification dated 10.07.2020. The admit cards can be downloaded from the official IBPS website i.e. ibps.in starting from August 03, 2020, to August 12, 2020.
The online exam is being conducted for recruitment to various posts such as Faculty Research Associate, Research Associate, Research Associate-Technical, Hindi Officer, Analyst Programmer-Windows, Analyst Programmer-Linux, IT Administrator, and Programming Assistant. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on August 09, 2020. However, as per subsequent rescheduling notices, the exam is now scheduled to be conducted on August 12, 2020.
Eligible candidates who are issued the admit cards can download the same from the official website as specified above. In order to download the admit card, candidates have to visit the official website. The direct link to download the admit card is available under the Career section. Candidates have to log in using their registration number/roll number and password/DOB to download the admit card. Candidates are advised to retry downloading the call letter after 5-minute gap in case the page is not accessible.
It is important that the candidate download the admit card at their own interest since it contains crucial information about the candidature and exam. The location, date and timing of the exam can be checked from the admit card. Exact center of the exam is specified on the admit card and candidates must report to the center as per schedule. The admit card also contains information about the candidate such as the registration/roll number and name indicating their provisional eligibility to appear in the exam. For the post of Faculty Research Associate, the exam consists of two parts such as Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. The former carries 60 marks while the latter carries 30 marks. The total duration is 120 minutes. Test for research associate carries 200 marks in total distributed across papers of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and General Awareness. The total duration is 140 minutes. Similarly, the test for Hindi Officer is also for 200 marks and must be completed in 140 minutes. The papers include Reasoning, English & Hindi Language, and General Awareness. For the posts of Analyst, IT Administrator, and Programming Assistant. the test contains the papers of Aptitude and Professional Knowledge of 50 marks each. A composite time of 90 minutes is available to complete the test. All questions are of MCQ type.

Commercially available question banks for IBPS specific exams are widely available and candidates can also check out learning resources from the internet to escalate their chances of making it to the merit lists. Selected candidates are to be posted at Mumbai location and such appointed candidates have to make arrangements for their accommodation.
