Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released admit card for Group D examination today, on 7 Nov 2018, for exam scheduled to be held on 17-18 Nov 2018. Initially it was expected that the admit card will be delayed. This was because, the admit card for 10-11 Nov 2018 exam was supposed to be released on 29 Oct 2018, but it was postponed by four days to 2 Nov 2018. However now that HSSC has issued Group D Admit Card 2018 for 17-18 Nov 2018, candidates can login with application form number and date of birth.
Whereas the official website of HSSC is hssc.gov.in, the official website for HSSC Group D (Advt 4/2018) is adv42018.hryssc.in. The Commission has issued admit cards in such a way that different links are generated for batches of application numbers. For example, four different links were generated for 10-11 Nov exam, one each for application form numbers from 480000001 to 480620000, from 480620001 to 481140000, from 481140001 to 481720000, from 481720001 to 482280529.
Details contained in admit card include roll number, registration number, name of application, aadhaar number, father/husband name, category, name of mother, date of birth, address, exam date, exam time, entry time, exam center code, exam center venue, photograph, signature, instructions. There are also spaces to affix passport size photograph which needs to be attested by gazette officer. Also there is a blank space for thumb impression which should be of left thumb for males and right thumb for females. Thumb impression has to be put during exam.
The admit card also shows on what date and at what time was the admit card downloaded by candidate.
It is compulsory for candidates to take legibly printed HSSC Group D Admit Card 2018 with recent colored photo pasted on it at mark B duly attested by Gazetted Officer and one identity proof with photo like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. at the examination centre.
Those who have exam from 10:30 AM to 12 Noon must reach by 9 AM, there is no entry beyond 9:30 AM.
Candidates are warned not to carry any mobile phone, any type of watch, belt, wear ornaments like ring, chain, earring etc., electronic or communication device, Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Sharpner and correcting Fluid in the examination centre. If any candidate is found possessing any such item, he/she will not be allowed to enter in the examination centre. Candidate found possessing mobile phone and any other aiding material/device as mentioned above in the examination room will be treated serious violation and it will amount to cancellation of the candidature and debarring him/her from future examination of HSSC.
