In the recent notification, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has announced the recruitment for the post of Apprentice and Visiting Faculty Members. The conducting body has announced 2000 vacancies for Apprentices in Ex-ITI. The vacancies for the Visiting Faculty Members are not yet out. Applications for the announced posts can be submitted by September 05, 2020.
HAL is recruiting candidates for the Technical Training Institute. The appointment under the announced posts is done to handle activities such as HRD Programs/Skill Development, Trade theory sessions, Supervisory Development programs for Diploma & Graduate Apprentices and Trade practical training for Trade Apprentices.
To apply for the faculty of HRD Programs/ Skill Development Programs candidates must possess NAC/ Diploma/ Degree in the respective fields from recognized university or institute. In addition, they must also have a minimum 10 years of work experience in the concerned department. To apply for the Trade Apprentices/ Supervisory Development programs candidates should have a degree/ diploma in the concerned trade from recognized university or institute. They shall also possess a minimum of 03 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to those candidates who have Craft Instructors Certificate (CIC).
Applications are invited only through the online procedure. Candidates are advised to download the application form from the HAL website, hal-india.co.in. To get the application form candidates have to first browse the official website and then click on the careers > Notification for Empanelling Faculty Members > Click here to download 1260_CareerPDF2_External faculty biodata form. The downloaded form should be carefully filled and should be submitted to the prescribed email address – [email protected]. Applications received after the specified date and incomplete forms are not accepted.
Along with the form, documents related to the educational qualification and post qualification work experience should be submitted accordingly. If aspirants meet the eligibility criteria for both the categories of recruitment, they can apply for both the posts. However, they have to submit relevant documents for both the posts in the email.
Candidates must have good knowledge about the subject, practical experience and good communication and presentation skills for the selection. The lectures sessions under these programs of Technical Training Institutes are commonly conducted for 02 hours to 06 hours in a day. The schedule for the program and its session will be intimated to shortlisted candidates after selection. Remuneration of Rs. 550/- per hour is provided to the category I and Rs. 225/- per hour to the Category II.
