Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB), Gandhinagar, is all set to close the registration portal tomorrow, February 05, 2022, for the GUJCET 2022 examination. All those who are interested in applying for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2022 still have a day’s time to submit their form. The application process is currently, underway through the online mode, on the official website gujcet.geb.org. In addition to submitting the form, candidates need to also pay the prescribed fee within the same deadline.
GUJCET 2022 Tentative Schedule
GSHSEB initially, began the GUJCET 2022 Application Process on January 25, 2022, which is scheduled to end tomorrow. This has given candidates 10-11 days to fill and submit the online application form. However, the board has not mentioned any further schedule details. So, there is no exact date for exam conduction or even for the release of admit cards.
Under such uncertainty, candidates can refer to the previous GUJCET examination for predicting dates for future events. Last year, the application process for the entrance test was conducted from June 23 to July 14, 2021. Precisely 10 days later, on July 24, 2021, admit cards were issued on the official portal. So, looking at this timeline of events, the GUJCET 2022 admit cards are likely to release by February 14, 2022.
In 2021, the state entrance exam was conducted in the pen-and-paper format, on August 06, 2021, i.e., 13 days after the issuance of admit cards. Going by this logic, the GUJCET 2022 examination is expected to be held on or by February 27, 2022.
It is important to note that the dates mentioned above are only tentative and may differ slightly from the actual schedule. The difference will be released once the board announces the official schedule. Dates will be updated on the official website gujcet.gseb.org in due course of time. So, candidates are advised to visit the official portal frequently for any important development in this regard.
