The State Examination Board, Gandhinagar has released the hall tickets for the National Merit cum Means Scholarship (NMMS) examination. Students who will be appearing for the exam can now download the hall tickets from the official website – sebexam.org. A total of three links have been activated which can be used for downloading the hall tickets. Gujarat NMMS hall ticket 2022 is all set to be conducted tomorrow, i.e. April 17, 2022. Students and guardians are advised to keep their confirmation number, date of birth, and Aadhar card number ready to download the hall tickets.

The examination will be held at all taluka centers in all districts. Scholarships will be paid only to eligible students as per the guidelines of the MHRD ministry. The NMMS examinations, however, are only conducted by the State Examination Board. It is not responsible for the scholarship. There will be two types of tests in the scholarship exam. The first one is the MAT and the second type of test is SAT.

Exam Pattern
The medium of the exam will be both English and Gujarati. Each question in the test carries 01 mark. There is no negative marking in the evaluation of the tests. The questions from MAT are going to be literal and of non-verbal logical calculation. These questions are going to include Analogy, Classification, Numerical Series, Pattern Perception, Hidden Figures, etc. SAT comprises eight subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Geography, Civics and Economics. Blind students will get an additional 20 minutes of time.
Qualifying Marks
It must be noted that the curriculum of the questions will be from the last academic year. Students belonging to the General and OBC categories have to secure a total of 40% marks in both sections of the Gujarat NMMS exam 2022 to stand qualified. Similarly, students from SC and ST categories have to get 32% marks to qualify for the exam. The official answer keys are expected to be released after the conclusion of the exam.
However, out of the students who secure the qualifying marks, the ones find a place in merit as per the quota determined by the district-wise categories. The scholarship amount is Rs 1000 per month and Rs 12000 per annum for four years.
