GITAM University To End GAT 2019 Registration On 30 March; Slot Booking From 5 April

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) is closing the registrations for GAT 2019 on March 30, 2019. The candidates need to register and fill the application form in the online mode only at gitam.edu. The application forms were made available from November 10, 2019.

GITAM University intakes admission based on GAT scores. Therefore the candidates have to apply for the entrance exam. Qualifying candidates are offered admission in various UG and PG courses in the University.

The application forms are also available in the select branches of Union Bank Of India, Indian Bank and Karur Vysya Bank. Such application form is to be sent via post accompanied with a DD of Rs. 1000/- and 600/- for female students. The candidates need to draw the DD in favour of GITAM, payable at Visakhapatnam and should reach Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam – 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, India on or before  March 30, 2019.

To register online and submit the application form online, the candidates have to visit the official website of the GITAM University and locate the apply online link. Thereafter, the registration window will open. In that window, the candidates have to register using their name, mobile number, email id and a password of their choice.

Thereafter the application form is accessible. The candidates need to fill in Personal Details, Address for Correspondence and test centre preferences, Test Code and details of Name the College last studied/studying and finally upload the photo and signature.

To submit the application form candidates need to pay off the application fee in online mode using net banking/credit card/debit card.

After the application process is closed, the slot booking process is going to open from April 05, 2019. Using the slot booking facility the candidates can book their most preferred exam date, time and centre. After the slot booking is done the admit card is generated.

The admit card is the only document that allows the candidates to enter the exam centre and appear in the exam. The admit card is to be thus carried to the exam centre in printed format. GITAM GAT 2019 is being held in 50 cities across India.

GITAM GAT 2019 is being held from April 10 – 22, 2019 in online mode. For admission into B.Tech., B.Arch., Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) & B.Pharm. programmes the candidates have to appear in GAT (UGTP) – 2019. To take admission in M.Tech. and M.Arch. courses the candidates have to take the GAT (PGTA) – 2019. For M.Pharm. admission, candidates need to qualify GAT (PGP) – 2019.
