GITAM University is conducting its entrance exam for admission in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm courses. The entrance exam of GITAM is called GITAM Admission Test (GAT). GAT 2019 is scheduled to be held from April 10 to 22, 2019 in online mode.
Apart from its own entrance exam GAT 2019, admissions are also taken on the basis of JEE Main, AP and TS EAMCET Scores. The application form to apply for admission in GITAM University is available in online mode only over the university’s official website gitam.edu. To apply for admission it is mandatory to fill the application form and appear in one of the above-mentioned entrance exams. The last date to apply for the GITAM GAT 2019 exam is March 31, 2019
The candidates who become the top scores of GAT, JEE Main, TS and AP EAMCET 2019 are eligible for various scholarship schemes and fees waiver facilities. This year, GITAM is sponsoring scholarships and fee concessions of worth Rs. 30 crores.
Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has announced 100% fee concession for the candidates who hold 1 – 10 rank in GAT, 1 – 250 rank in JEE Main and 1 – 50 rank in AP and TS EAMCET 2019 exams and apply for admission in GITAM.
Furthermore, 75% fee concession is available for the 11 – 100 ranks holders in GAT 2019, 251 – 2100 rankers in JEE Main 2019 and 51 – 500 rank holders in TS and AP EAMCET 2019. Also, the candidates having a rank between 101 – 500 in GAT, 2501 – 2000 in JEE Main and 501 – 2000 in TS and AP EAMCET 2019 are eligible for 50% of fee concession. 25% of fee concession is also available for the rank holders 501 – 2000 in GAT 2019, 60001 – 35000 in JEE Main and 2001 – 15000 in TS and AP EAMCET 2019.
This fee concession is available for each branch of engineering available at GITAM and is applicable every year. The B.Tech courses offered at GITAM are Aerospace, Bio-Tech, Civil, CSE, EEE, ECE, EIE, EE, IR, Mechanical and 6 years integrated course of B.Tech+M.Tech in Mechanical and ECE.
