Govind Ballabh Pant University Of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) has started the application forms for the various courses. Aspirants seeking to apply for UG, Masters, M.CA, and P.hD 2019 entrance examinations can now fill the application forms online. The application forms are available from February 15 to March 30 for the UG, Masters, and M.CA and Ph.D. courses. While for M.Tech programmes the application forms are available from February 15 to April 30. The university has made the availability of the application forms on its website- regapplication.in.
To apply for the desired course visit its official website. Then under the student portal tab click on ‘Start New Registration’. Once you click on this the application form will appear on the screen. Fill out the qualification details, address details, upload your image and your signature image, make the payment and fill up the confirmation page. At last, you will also able to check out your registration status.
Examination fees for OBC and General category candidates is Rs. 1200/-. For SC/ ST/ PH the examination fee is Rs. 600/-
While uploading the documents make ensure that the image of the candidate should be scanned and colored of size 20 kb- 50kb. The scanned signature image with black/ blue pen on white paper of size 10kb- 20kb. Scanned left hand thumb impression on white paper of size 10kb to 20kb.
After successfully making the registration desired candidate need to take the print out of the filled application form and post it to university address- The Coordinator Admissions G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar – 263145, Distt.- U.S. Nagar (Uttarakhand). Please note that along with the print out of the application form dispatch the confirmation page print out, a copy of fee receipt, Self attested copy of Category and Weightage Certificate, if eligible, Self attested copy of Certificate/Marksheet of qualifying examination, Self attested copy of Category/Weightage Certificates, High School Certificate and Marksheet of qualifying examination. (The candidates appearing in the qualifying examination must send the marksheet of the pervious year.)
All these documents need to put in the envelope of size ’12 X 9′ with superscribing- “Application for Undergraduate/Masters’/ MCA/ M.Tech/ Ph.D.” and post them to the corresponding address.
The last date to take the print out of the application is April 09 for UG, Masters, MCA and Ph.D. programmes and May 09 for M.Tech programmes.
The entrance exam for masters and Ph.D. programmes is scheduled for June 01 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. For UG and MCA programmes the entrance exam is scheduled for June 02 from 1:00 am to 1:00 pm. Admit cards for the same will be available from May 21, 2019.
