Central Reserve Police Force is yet to announce the new dates for the CRPF Paramedical written exam against the 789 vacancies. The written exam was earlier scheduled for August 22, 2021, but it has been postponed due to some administrative reasons. As of now, there is no official update regarding the exact dates for the written exam. However, one thing is very sure that the CRPF Paramedical admit card will be released at least 10 15 days before the exam. The advertisement for CRPF multiple vacancies in different posts has been announced in the year 2020. As per the latest updates, at least 50,000 students have filled the application form for the Paramedical vacancies.
Several youtube channels and reports suggest that now the CRPF Paramedical written exam is going to be held after October 05, 2021. While the admit card for the same is expected in the last week of September 2021. The admit card will specify the date of the exam along with the timing and test centre.
As per the notification, the examination is going to be held in various test centres across New Delhi, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Jammu, Prayagraj, Ajmer, Nagpur, Muzaffarpur and Pallipuram. The candidates awaiting the admit card should keep a tab on the official website i.e. crpf.gov.in for the admit card link.
The CRPF Paramedical written exam comprises a single paper accounting for 100 marks held for a duration of 2 hours. The paper is divided into two sections, of equal marks. Section A comprises questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical aptitude and English/Hindi comprehension. The former two subjects account for 10 questions each while the Numerical aptitude and language paper account for 15 questions from each subject.
Section B will have 50 questions based on the relevant trade of the post for which the candidate has applied. The minimum qualifying marks for the aforesaid post is 50% of the total marks for General/EWS and 45% marks for OBC/SC/ST candidates. The candidates successful in the written examination will be called to participate in a Trade test relevant for the applied post.
CRPF has released 789 vacancies against multiple posts in 2020 itself. As per the official notification, the vacancies were released for Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector. Head Constable, Constable, Cook, Veterinary etc. These posts had several sub-trades. The selection process of CRPF Paramedical comprises of Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, written exam, Trade test & document verification and Medical standard test.
