Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges (COMEDK) has released COMEDK 2018 answer key today, on May 17. Now candidates can check answers and submit challenges until May 21. Based on challenges received by COMEDK, final answer keys will be published on May 25. The COMEDK 2018 engineering entrance exam was held alongside UNIGAUGE engineering entrance exam on May 13.
The wait is over for more than 21000 students who appeared for the COMEDK 2018 exam. The provisional answer key for Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges (COMDK) has been released and the students are much excited about this news. Students cannot wait to calculate their probable scores in the exam. Students will have to wait for some time for the final answer key.
The provisional answer key contains the answers to questions asked in the entrance exam. Many students are apparently analyzing the answer key. It should be remembered that the provisional answer key can be challenged by the candidates.
If the students have any objection in the answer key they should hurry now since they will only be able to challenge the provisional answer key till May 21. To challenge the answer key, students can fill the challenge form which they can access by logging into their account. To successfully submit the objections, the students must gather all the proofs and enclosures for their objections and submit them along with the challenge form.
Since rechecking takes time and the expert teachers of the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges work out to build a new answer key, a subsequent amount is charged for challenging the answer key. To challenge the answer key the students would be required to pay Rs 500 for each question that they want to challenge. However, it must be noted that if the objections raised by the candidates are rejected, the complete amount paid by the candidate will not be returned.
The decision to accept or reject the objections will be totally in the hands of the academic committee of Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges. If the challenge raises by the candidates is upheld, the students will get the complete submitted amount back and the new answer key will be prepared.
After the objections have been rectified in the provisional answer key, COMDK will take some time and release the final answer key which the students can expect to release on May 25. The final answer key cannot be challenged and the COMDK 2018 result, scheduled to be released on May 28, will be evaluated on the basis of it.
