Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute invites applications for the recruitment of Senior Administrative Officer. The official notification for the same is published recently with Advertisement No: 606/2020 on cnci.org.in. Candidates are recruited through the absorption/ deputation basis for the announced 01 posts. Aspirants selected as Senior Administrative Officer receives Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- with grade pay of Rs. 6,600/-. Interested candidates can submit their forms on or before the last date which is August 31, 2020.
As the recruitment is through deputation/ Absorption basis, candidates must have certain work experience before applying. The officer who holds a similar position on a regular basis or have minimum 05 years of work experience in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- is eligible for Senior Administrative Officer. Those who have 06 years of work experience on a regular basis with pay scale of Pay band 2 under grade pay of Rs. 4800/- or 07 years work experience with pay scale of Pay Band 2 under grade pay of Rs. 4600/- can also apply for the announced post. Candidates who have served in a Central/ State govt/ Autonomous Organisation/ Research Institutes/ Universities etc with minimum 05 years experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Establishment work in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous Organisation / Public Sector/ Universities etc can submit their forms for the post.
The forms for Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute recruitment is available on the official website, cnci.org.in/career.php. Candidates have to take a print out of the same and submit it to “The Director, Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, 37, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata–700026”. The form and documents should be submitted in an envelope which should be superscribed with the name of the post applied for. Candidates have to enclose the certain documents with the form which are as follows, photocopies of all the educational qualification, age certificate, APARs for the last five years, statement reg. suitability for the post applied for, certificate vigilance clearance integrity certificate, IPO of Rs. 500/- and No Objection Certificate (NOC) to be carried at the time of interview.
Besides, candidates also have to pay an application fee before August 31, 2020, by 05:00 PM. They have to make a payment of Rs. 500/- as an application fee. They must submit the fee through offline i.e through demand draft. The Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in favour of “Director CNCI” payable at Kolkata. Those who belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped category and Female Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- as application fee. They have to submit the fees through ordinary post or may drop it in the application box in Admin, Block (Research Wing) of Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute.
