The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has postponed the KEAM 2021. The revised date will be announced later. KEAM 2021 was supposed to be held on July 24, 2021, in the pen-paper-based mode. However, now that NTA will hold JEE Main 2021 from July 20 to 25, 2021, CEE had to postpone the state-level exam. Now since JEE Main 2021 exam dates have been announced for 3rd and 4th attempts, it can be expected that CEE will now release KEAM revised dates in August, after all the attempts of JEE Main are over. The last phase of JEE Main 2021 will be held from July 27 to August 2, 2021.

The postponement of the exam has been officially announced via a notice on cee.kerala.gov.in. The notice reads “As the Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) is scheduled to the conducted during the last week of July 2021, the Entrance Examination for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses scheduled to be conducted on 24.07.2021 is postponed. The revised date will be announced later.”

In the form correction process changes can be made in photographs, signatures, etc. Candidates can also complete their payment of pending fees, etc.

The application process for KEAM 2021 is over. The last date to apply was June 26, 2021.

The exam will be held in offline mode as per the revised dates and there will be 2 papers: Paper 1 – Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 – Mathematics. Each paper is of 2.5 hours duration. There will be Multiple Choice Questions in the exam and the total number of questions will be 150. Total marks in the exam will be 480 marks. The marking scheme of the exam will be 04 marks for each correct answer. 01 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

To appear for the exam, candidates will be issued admit card. The admit card will be issued online and only to the registered candidates.
