Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) has published the answer key for Community Coordinator post. Candidates can view the same at the official website brlps.in and also submit objections until tomorrow. The BRLPS Jeevika recruitment 2019 for community coordinator post is for 1,882 vacancies.
The society had conducted computer based test for community coordinators from September 3 to September 9. Now, government job aspirants who had appeared in the exam, can visit check answers of questions asked in their exam shift and match their answers.
To check BRLPS answer key 2019, candidates need to visit jobs.brlps.in and go to announcements page. Then click on raise objection link against announcement number 251. This leads to the BRLPS (Jeevika) recruitment 2019 objection management page, where one has to login with application number, date of birth.
Announcement number 251 on the official website says, “Objection Window related to questions asked in CBT exams (03-Sep-2019 to 09-Sep-2019) for BRLPS (Community Coordinator) is available. Candidates can raise their objection till 13th September 11:59PM.”
On the basis of objections received, the society will compile a final answer key. Then candidates papers will be checked as per it. Normalization procedure shall apply as each candidate got a different set of questions in different shifts. BRLPS says, “The process of normalization is an established practice for comparing candidate scores across multi shift papers and is similar to those being adopted in other large selection tests being conducted in India.” Candidates will be shortlisted for presentation, GD, interview in the ratio of 1:6 (vacancies) on the basis of their performance in the exam. Minimum cut off marks for general, BC, EBC will be 15 out of 50 marks, and for others it will be 12 out of 50.
BRLPS recruitment 2019 is ongoing for various posts. The names of posts and respective vacancies are: project manager – 9, assistant finance manager – 1 , project associate – 4, IT associate – 1, accountant – 1, office assistant – 2, cashier – 1, district project manager – 6, manager – 94, finance manager – 8, procurement manager – 4, training officer – 22, block project manager – 23, livelihood specialist – 271, area coordinator – 474, block level accountant – 300, office assistant – 306, community coordinator – 1,882.
Position wise steps after online test have been mentioned on the official website. Community coordinator will undergo 45 days village internship. Area coordinator will do 1 night village internship. District project manager will present PPT and have an interview. Accountant (BPIU), and office assistant will have a personal interview. For all other positions, there will be group discussion and personal interview.
The recruitment was notified in March. Applications were invited from March 18 to April 22.
